CRITERIA FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
  1. Final data must be included in the abstract.
  2. Preoperative and postoperative photographs should be included so surgical techniques can be evaluated. If images will be included, please make sure they are in .tiff or .jpg formats. Permission to use patient photographs is the responsibility of the author.
  3. If any author has financial support or proprietary interest in a product or technique, this information must be clearly disclosed at the beginning of the abstract.
  4. Abstracts should be approximately 250 words and be submitted in the following format:
    • Goals/Purpose
    • Methods/Technique
    • Results/Complications
    • Conclusion
  5. Abstracts must be complete and supported by photo-documentation.

Abstract Submission Deadline: August 16th, 2010
